Has anyone here had any experience of expanding their business by recruiting 'self employed' consultants ?

I guess its kind of like franchising in a way, and on the face of it seems a good way to expand a small business as we have just invested in some excellent technology and could also offer telesales back-up.

My problem I guess is how to find these guy/gals who might be interested.

Thanks

Terry
