We have created a new job board specialising in the Proeprty & Construction Industry. http://www.workinproperty.com

Any tips how we can best drive candidates to the site, and increase the traffic. I am not clear if paying for an advert in a trade magazine would be all that beneficial.

Any thoughts/ ideas?

Thanks
