Hi There. Am looking to benchmark for performance and targets for new start up providing commercial perms/temps, technical and exec - wonder if any recruiters willing to provide an indication of their activity levels, conversions to call rates and billings?

I've had a look at some of the recruitment training websites/materials and there seems to be some variety in figures quoted. I Here are a few I have found so far:

Search - 75 calls per day, 25 conversations creating 2 search assignments a week, 2 candidate send outs a day and 2 placements per month.

Commercial perms - 50 calls per day, resulting in 2 new vacancies per day resulting in £10-15k billed per month. Annual billing for average performer £120k per annum £150k for top biller. Average placement £3500 - £4000k.

How is it from your perspective?
