Reed has announced (by email) that they are starting to charge all companies that advertise over 500 jobs per year with them.

They have sent an email to every company and agency EVERYWHERE! So why when I called them and other collogues of mine call them they don’t know how much??

They are also adding additional services for companies such as CV search database, I purposely avoid CV search databases when looking for a job because the last person I want to no about it is my boss! Reed is used by everyone (meaning employers and agencies and candidates) I am registed on Reed – does this mean our bosses can type in our name and find us on there? If this is the case I will not be using reed again – I like applying for the jobs that look suitable to me and knowing that I’m not going to get calls from every single company and agency.

The little businesses won’t be able to add all of there good jobs as often because of prices and so on – REED I DON’T KNOW YOUR PRICES BUT “IT’S A RIP OFF”

I would really like to know who they asked when they thought up these idea’s, I am registed as an applicant and a advertiser. No doubt so geezer with a calculator thought up the whole idea!!!
