For those thinking of starting their own rec company at the moment - join the que! I am currently spending a lot of time researching this forum and the other goldmines of info spread across the net. So why tell you this? because I am also starting to blog about my progress, and the work that goes into starting a rec company here http://www.recruitmentstartup.blogspot.com I don't doubt I will do some things wrong, make some rookie mistakes and break some laws (though never intentionally). But it should help give you a basis to work from, if only what not to do! p.s. Louise, I tried replying to your email but it kept failing. I would like to be included on that list if I could. Cheers. If not no worries. p.p.s. If you notice anything I am doing wrong, or could be doing better, on the blog please include it in the comments there or reply here. Though I never post I do lurk regularly and so will be keeping an eye on what people say.
