Hi Guys, I need to present some sales targets and likely spend for the next 12 months. My part of the business (rec arm of an IT company) is brand new and it's tough to predict. Does anyone have any tips on how best to predict sales figures? Cheers Emily

For smaller recruitment operations, maintaining consistent performance can be tricky, let alone predicting sales targets! I would suggest looking over past year's performance, but with the market as turbulent as it is now, perhaps it would be better to set an arbitrary figure and review that every month/quarter.

Hi Emily I would also look at the specific sector itself... are you doing IT rec? Also the goegraphical area in which you recruit. Let me know what sector you are running and which county you are based in and I will send you some figures

Yep IT recruitment. Based in S.Wales but recruiting nationally. This is a new arm of the business so have nothing to look back on. Thanks for your help :)
