Just wondered if anyone had used CPC (cost per click) advertising through google adwords or anything like it?

I am currently considering it and so hunting feedback any any resources on this method of advertising. E.g how much extra traffic did it drive, how many extra candidates, RoI etc

Anybody tried it and want to let us know how it went?

cheers

Nick

We've been doing it for ages and it works well for us, but you do need to put in the effort to get your keywords and ad texts right.
