US Rec to Recs

Does anyone know of any Rec to Recs based in the US? It doesn't seem to be a huge market out there and wondered if anyone had any recommendations. We are a Search firm looking to hire Researchers locally in Houston who can be based there permanently. To date we have been rotating staff from our London office which is working briliiantly but we ideally need a permanent local presence. We have some suppliers on the case in the UK but the ideal would be to use local suppliers in Houston/Texas. Any ideas greatly appreciated. Thanks Gemma
