Has anyone had experience of Jobsite carrying over job credits beyond their 12 month agreements?

We are an agency that purchased over 4000 job credits 12 months ago. Obviously we didn't predict the extent of the downturn and we are left with over 500 credits that we are set to loose.

Jobsite are telling us they will only let us carry over 100 jobs if we buy another 4000 ! Obviously this is unrealistic in the current environment.

We have spent circa £100k with Jobsite over the last 6 years. All of the other jobboards have worked with us in these difficult times and allowed us to carry over all our credits.

This is particularly dissapointing as Jobsite are our biggest spend in terms of jobboards. They are also one of the most expensive.

Surely this inflexiblity to provide a service we have paid for will only encourage agencies to be advertising old / non committed vacancies or even bogus vacancies to use up credits before they expire. Of course not a good thing for the job seekers that are using Jobsite.

I find this dissapointing based on our previous commitment to them.

I would be very keen to hear from others who have managed to get their vacancies carried over (or other suggestions).

There must be plenty of other agencies at the momemt who are experiencing the same problems and are potentially loosing £1000's of paid advertising due to this.

Any comments / exprience welcomed.

Regards

C

Jobsite have always been costly, which in the current market is not sustainable. The website is not as effective as it once was and you should certinaly shop around - for what you have been paying for jobsite could get you on totaljobs, reed, and monster.
