Hi all,

I'm considering moving out of industry and joining a recruitment consultancy (financial services). I'm trying to get a handle on whether their targets are realistic. They claim the average placement fee is 12K, which seems about right given the average salaries and placement fee %s charged. As a benchmark for what revenue I should be looking to bring in the MD caims that over the last few years consultants have on average achieved 250,000.

I'd be interested to hear what revenue targets other recruitment consultants have had and achieved in the last few years?
