Hi Kelly,
I would recommend speaking to the REC (The Recruitment & Employment Confederation). They are the regulatory body who patrol and guide the recruitment industry and the trade association who represent them.
We offer a range of services to established agencies and new recruitment businesses which are proven to dramatically enhance performance and to give specific help where needed.
We provide mentoring services, utlising the skills of some of the top recruiters in the business.
If you would like any further details, please feel free to call me on 0207 009 2131 or email me on the above address. Alternatively please visit our section of the REC website: http://www.rec.uk.com/academy-for-business/business
Best regards
