Hi! As a grad I know how unwelcoming the London job market can be! Been ther 4 years ago.
Deadcat's right tho -
If you are serious about recruitment, I would ask you a few quick questions
1. Why recruitment?
2. Do you realise recruitment is a sales job? (most people dont)
3. Why recruitment!? |

Dear Mr. "Recruiter79",
Thank you very much for your kind and timely response. Also, Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to your message.
Here is a summary of the answers to your questions .
1. I am a double graduate in both Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering and Avionics. I have also got 4 years of extensive experience in Sales and Customer Service. This includes both retail and business-to-business telesales industries.
2. Since my graduation, I have been learning about the desired skills required for the Recruitment Consultant and the industry itself. Based on that and rewinding my past achievements, I realised that this is the industry waiting for me and the desired role will best fit my personality.
3. Also, the unlimited success, earning potential, opportunity to influence lots of people positively, help them to realise their true potential and contribute to their success – all these factors impress me a lot.
4. From the moment I heard about the Recruitment industry, I have been learning different concepts, through various articles and views on the web.
So, in short, I understand that is a sales job. I am aware of the amount of cold calls, carrying out various tasks at one time, rejections, overcoming rejections, selling myself, etc. - And I had a taste of that already.
I can tell more about me and share my ideas if you are interested.
Thank you once again for your time and consideration.
Regards,
Sree ram.
