You need to find a designer who understands search engine optimisation as well as design. This is integral to most job boards - there are many off the shelf products that may be affordable and look good, but check out their (ie the designers') track record in the search engines - if they're good, they'll show you a decent portfolio of sites which rank highly on Google (especially) for many different search terms, not just one or two. This is really the only factor that differentiates designers as there are so many passable products you can buy these days. You have to be able to stand out in an increasingly overcrowded market and the SEO route is the most obvious and cost effective method of doing this. |

Ross
I have been looking for a supplier also and went through a long short-list process.
I am in the final stages of talks with JobsGroup.net at the present. They offer a solution that includes hosting and maintenance via a technology licensing arrangement - their product is called 'JobsinaBox' and more information can be ascertained from their website www.JobsinaBox.net.
The huge USP that JobsinaBox offers is that it is that technology that JobsGroup.net uses for the 10 industry specific sites - it's proven!
Hope you can find a supplier that meets your needs. |
