Hi InternalRec

It's possibly worth us having a conversation. Can I give you a call?

Cheers

I would recommend trying the big HR recruiters like page, frazer jones and digby morgan. They often have a load of in house vacancies!

Failing that, go on the websites of the big RPO companies, they always advertise their vacancies themselves or on job boards

I agree with Bobby. Although some in house roles go to Rec 2 Recs, most go to HR consultancies as they are often an integral part of the HR function. Digby Morgan are very good and cover the Thames Valley region.

A lot of companies have stopped using R2R for their in-house roles. I should know as a Consultant working in one and it becoming a popular choice for recruiters looking to move away from sales.

There are companies out there that might have the odd role. for RPO's I would look at AMS and Capital Consulting directly. The other one I would look at is Hudson occasionally have the odd role and also Origin HR Consulting might be able to help.

One thing to point out is that they might not be recruiting at present and also be aware with the financial unstable condition - internal recruiters are the first to go. I worked for a large corp giant and the internal resourcing team were hit hugely as they had an agency dealing with all the temps and with no headcount - they were not needed.

Good luck though. Wish you all the best

I'm always amazed when recruiters think that moving into a corporate role means they are moving away from sales. This is not true ...or is not true if the recruiter is doing their job properly.

What it does move them away from is cold calling. That's not the same thing.

Hi

I agree with above posts about using a HR Specialist having made the move myself through this route. From personal experience i would recommend Reed Human Resources.
