Hi James,
I did use Idibu a couple of months back.. and my experience.. I would say wasn't very good..
I had problems posting on Jobsite as their site does not ask for the security code and so the jobs were not getting posted.. I also had problems with some of the section with not getting posted on job boards.. this was wasting my time alot..
Posting jobs via Idibu.. thinking that it would save my time.. was just not good!
Regards,
Rob |

Hi James,
Post by hand, more accurate and at least you know that when you press the "post job" it is live.
We have tried all of them (not Broadbean to be fair) and just found them an absolute waste of time. As you know one size does not fit all and therefore I doubt we will even try Broadbean.
Good luck
Jamie

Hi Rob,
I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience with us. We've now got over a hundred clients, many of whom have been with us a long time and we have plenty of posts going through to jobsite without issue. Hearing you weren't happy is something we take seriously.
Please do feel free to contact me via steve at idibu.com - I'd be keen to learn about your experience and to understand why it didnt work out positively as it should have.
Kind regards, Steve.
MD, idibu. |

Our experience of idibu has been the complete opposite, we have found their system simple to set up and easy to use and we post to various sites including our own website. We find it is a great time saver and are are very pleased with the excellent customer service we receive. Before anybody asks - we do not have anything to do with them and are just a happy customer! |

Hi All
Thanks for the replies.
Im a job board and so far there have been a number of recruiters who have signed up to my site. Idibu if my research is correct is about a year and a half old now so theres bound to be a few issues with any new business start up. I chose Idibu as there customer services was better than BroadBean and Conkers. Its always a worry for someone like me when they set out to start a new business and hand over hard earned cash. Am I going to get exactly whats been promised for this cash? On so many occasions thats not been the case. I have had to chase people to get the results I want. With Idibu its a relief to say its the complete opposite. During the integration process I was contacted a numbers of times to make sure things where going the way they should be. I have been up and running a few months now and the staff there are always pleasant to deal with.
At the moment the job board Im running is free to post to for standard listings. Im even upgrading new members who post through Idibu to the top tier account for posting. This will be valid for at least the next two years after sign up.
If you do use Idibu and would like to know more about the site Im working on then please leave your sites URL here so that I can contact you with my details. If you do post manually and would like to know more about the site I work on then please also leave some details here.
Thanks
James |

I too am a happy customer of idibu. As a start up company, that is now 13 people strong, I thought that Steve, was also an entrepreneur, ok, I haven’t tried the other products, because I found Steve and idibu to be “fit for purpose”. He listens to what I need and is genuinely helpful.
I have had a number of discussions with Steve over the year or so, on new ideas that adds value to his products and saves me time, so he certainly is keen on the users opinions.
I would suggest you take your complaint to Steve, and see if he can rectify the problem. I know you will be pleasantly surprised.
I am not an employee of idibu!
